This pathway is designed for experienced professionals who want to build a self-employed, remote setup within a structured framework — with ownership, consistency, and long-term direction.
This is not a salaried position. It is an independent, self-employed setup.
Eligibility (required)
Applicants must be legally able to operate as self-employed and invoice from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Applicants must reside and invoice from one of the eligible locations listed above.
What you will do
- Follow a clear onboarding and operational structure
- Hold focused phone/video conversations (no cold outreach)
- Participate in weekly group calls within an established professional environment
- Create and publish simple marketing content (posts)
- Learn and apply digital marketing basics (including ads) — training and support provided
- Use simple workflows and follow-up routines
- Engage in ongoing personal leadership development (for your own growth)
