Sunlo is a fast-growing UK-based eCommerce retention agency helping 7–8 figure brands generate more revenue through email marketing.
We specialise in Klaviyo strategy, lifecycle marketing, conversion-focused copywriting, and high-performing email design. Our team is young, ambitious, performance-driven, and obsessed with delivering measurable results for clients.
We’re now looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join the team full-time and take ownership of the email channel for a small portfolio of eCommerce brands.
The Role
This is a fully involved, client-facing role where you will manage the entire Klaviyo ecosystem for up to 6 eCommerce brands.
You will be responsible for strategy, planning, copywriting, campaign execution, flow optimisation, reporting, and retention growth.
You’ll work alongside an email designer and technician, while leading the strategic direction inside Klaviyo.

Responsibilities, Strategy & Planning
- Plan monthly email campaign calendars
- Build lifecycle marketing strategies
- Create segmentation and retention strategies
- Conduct account audits and strategic roadmaps
Copywriting
- Write all email copy including:
- Subject lines
- Preview text
- Email body copy
- CTAs
- Match each brand’s tone of voice and positioning
- Create revenue-focused messaging that converts
Campaign & Flow Management
- Build, schedule, and optimise weekly campaigns
- Create and maintain flows including:
- Welcome flows
- Post-purchase flows
- Winback flows
- Browse abandonment
- Replenishment flows
- Ensure campaigns align with Sunlo frameworks and quality standards
Analytics & Optimisation
- Monitor account performance weekly and monthly
- Run A/B tests across subject lines, segmentation, and messaging
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Track retention and revenue benchmarks
Client Communication
- Attend bi-weekly client calls alongside a team leader
- Present performance updates clearly and confidently
- Build strong long-term client relationships
RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 2 years of Klaviyo experience
- Minimum 1 year working with eCommerce brands
- Must provide examples, results, or case studies
Technical Skills
You should have strong experience with:
- Klaviyo segmentation
- Campaign management
- Flow automation
- Reporting & analytics
- Deliverability best practices
- Troubleshooting
You should also understand:
- Email conversion psychology
- Retention marketing strategy
- Direct response copywriting

Non-Negotiables
- This is a full-time role only

- Gradual account integration:
- Month 1: 1–3 brands
