Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide clerical support to team members as needed, including typing documents and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.

Requirements

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • In-Person monthly team meetings
