Responsibilities

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide clerical support to team members as needed, including typing documents and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Requirements
- Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
