Network Architect Remote SC Cleared

Position: Network Architect
Location: London / Remote
Daily Rate: £700 p.d Inside IR35
Clearance: UKSV SC Clearance Required

We're partnering with a leading consultancy delivering into a high-profile Central Government programme, and we're looking for an experienced Network Architect to play a pivotal role in designing and evolving a secure, resilient, and high-performing network.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of complex network architecture
• Collaborate with design authority, infrastructure suppliers, and security teams
• Deliver a scalable, highly resilient network supporting mission-critical services
• Drive strategic decisions across on-prem and cloud-integrated environments

What you'll bring:

• Strong background in enterprise network architecture & delivery (large-scale programmes)
• Deep expertise across:
  • Routing & switching
  • Load balancing & VPNs
  • Data Centre LAN/WAN & DNS
  • Network segmentation
• Solid understanding of network security principles
• Exposure to network automation & monitoring tools
• Experience managing suppliers and influencing stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership & communication skills
