The Role

As a Veeva Vault Specialist, you’ll take ownership of managing marketing assets through the full regulatory review process. You’ll coordinate the flow of materials through Veeva Vault, ensuring everything is correctly prepared, reviewed, and approved before reaching final distribution.

Working closely with a creative and compliance-focused team, you’ll oversee submissions, maintain accurate tracking, and ensure all changes from medical, legal, and regulatory reviewers are implemented correctly.
