People Relations Coordinator (Temp until end of December 2026)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join a dynamic EMEA People Relations function within a global organisation. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and note-taking experience who thrives in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
The People Relations team plays a key role in supporting workplace investigations and helping to resolve employment-related matters in line with company policies, initiatives, and local employment legislation.
Working collaboratively with HR, legal teams, and senior stakeholders across the business, the successful candidate will provide vital coordination and administrative support to the wider People Relations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, contemporaneous note-taking support during investigation meetings and interviews
- Supporting investigators and the wider People Relations team with day-to-day coordination and administration
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, processing expenses, and handling invoices
- Maintaining accurate records within the organisation's case management system and assisting with reporting requirements
- Liaising professionally with internal stakeholders, including HR and legal teams
- Ensuring investigation documentation and notes are accurate, organised, and ready for distribution where required
- Updating and maintaining internal databases, reports, and confidential files
- Supporting colleagues across multiple regions, including international teams where needed
- Working flexibly within a primarily remote team environment, with occasional travel to UK offices as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Coordinator, Assistant, or Note-Taking role within HR, Legal, Employee Relations, or Investigations
- Experience supporting workplace investigations or working within a Human Resources environment
- Exceptional discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fast and accurate note-taking ability
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and legal professionals
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desirable
- Previous experience within Human Resources or Legal functions
- Additional European language skills, particularly Polish, French, or Spanish
